The Air Jordan 19 (XIX) Original (OG) - West Coast (Black / White - Metallic Silver) were released on July 10, 2008 and retailed for $165. They feature black patent leather at the front end, black mesh on the forefoot area , as well as white leather at the back half. They are great for playing basketball as they consist of features such as a phylon midsole with a double stack Air Sole Unit in the heel, combined with a full length zoom air bag, as well as a 3/4 length carbon fiber shank for added support. The outsole features a solid, modified version of the herringbone pattern, which provides great traction on the hardwood, as well as new flex groove details for added flexibility. Another interesting feature is the strap which wraps around the back heel, which provides a much more supportive fit.
