The
Air Jordan 19 (XIX) Original (OG) - White / Chrome - Flint Grey
-Black were released on March 13, 2004, and retailed for $165. They
feature a white upper constructed from leather and patent leather, as well as
grey accents, inlcuding the mesh, which makes these one of the nicest pair of
the
Air
Jordan 19 (XIX). They feature a tech-flex upper with Velcro heel strap,
plastic lace-locks, Jumpman on heel and midfoot. Other features include a full
length zoom air bag, as well as a 3/4 length carbon fibre shank for added
support. The outsole features a solid, modified version of the herringbone
pattern, which provides great traction on the hardwood. Apparently due to the
strap falling apart, these 19s were first recalled, and hence did not make
production in scheduled numbers. Hence they became a limited release, and got
canceled in Japan.
